Muddy High Point, NV (Near Lake Mead)

This peak is actually the highpoint of the Muddy Mountains. I saw it from Muddy Peak on Jan 01, 2003, and decided I must return.

I took these pics a long time back, and never thought I would ever process them.

100k map to give some context. This was one of the last desert hikes I made sans GPS.		Heading N in Lovell wash.
	Near the saddle N of Muddy High Point.	Panoramic view ENE from the summit.
Muddy Peak.	Pierre.	I was still recovering from the stroke; I wanted to do my balance, but a torn hamstring made me settle for this emulation of Muddy Peak (in back).

	These peaks on the S side of Lovell Canyon look wild and neat.	An arch on the S wall of Lovell canyon.
