Redstone Peaks (near Lake Mead, NV)

Harlan W. Stockman
March 26, 2005

From Las Vegas, take N. Lake Mead Drive east through the fee booth, then turn left on Northshore Rd. Take Northshore Rd. 23 miles, then turn right into the Redstone parking area (restrooms).

This is a COOL-WEATHER hike; and mainly TRAILLESS. The area is deathly hot in late spring through early fall.

Detailed instructions are available for members at www.hikinglasvegas.com .
