White Rock Springs Peak (WRSP) and White Rock Hills Peak (WRHP) Traverse

The one part of this trip I hadn't done, was the connection from WRSP (north peak) and the next 1/4 mile S, to the join-up with the WRHP traverse That stretch proved to be easier than I thought, but looks like it hasn't been much-used route for years and years.

I first met Kassina on a "hike" up the N side of McFarland Peak.  Her group leaders got lost, and they didn't get back to their vehicle till 10:30PM, after a grueling day... and she said "it really wasn't that bad."  So when she said she didn't mind exploratories...

Up the colorful "back way)
to WRSP. There is one very
small zone that leads to a
brush-free start of this route.
If you don't find it, you will hit
some of the thickest, nastiest
brush in all Red Rock.

good shots.

Because of my navigation
error, we went a bit E
of WRHP, then cut up to
the summit. View to THead
and Calico.

The car is down there, parked
