Calico Tanks Peak (near Vegas, NV)

I normally do this peak with a bunch of others, by a more benign route.

PLEASE don’t try this route on your own. We followed Branch Whitney, who has been up here many times. After a rainfall, the rock is brittle and covered with loose sand. Many moves are on the high end of class 3.
