Snoopy's Nose near Red Rock, NV

I had previously climbed Snoopy’s Forehead and the peak behind in 2007. Somehow I had forgotten about the gnarly descent over the big dryfall on the way out.

Our descent route is a better way to climb all of the Snoopy head parts. Make sure to go W of the big dryfall.	This ravine has some water all year long, almost every year.
		There are lots of slick waterfalls.
		We cut off the ravine and headed for what seemed a possible low-5 break in the cliffs on the E side of Snoopy’s Nose.

View SW at the continuation of the grassy canyon.	OK, we’ve climbed up to the base of the wall, W side…	…and here’s a view looking UP our “break.” Uh, not today, not low 5^th.
So we traversed NNE along the base of the wall, and tried to avoid descending into the brush. We did manage fairly well.	White Rock Hills Peak.	We found a dirty, brush-filled low 5 crack (this view is at the milder exit).

Chris got a bad cramp, so he took some food, water and rest, and I scouted ahead.	Soon Chris was rapidly heading up (he’s down there, trust me!).

Very windy—my camera blew over while I was “posing.”		OK, we start down.
	One of the minor dryfalls—it is usually better to go down on the edges, and to avoid the very slippery center.	I went down to look for a way around the big dryfall on the E – no dice, so we went R (W).
		Along the way, we found recently abandoned gear, including 2 pairs of camouflaged pants that smelled like pot.
	We’re back at the top of the main grassy wash; view NNW.	The falls again.
