East Mormon Peaks (7378, 7201, 7222 and 7365)

I saw these peaks 16 years ago, first from Moapa Peak, then from Mormon Peak (7414').  I mapped out the approaches. When we went back to Climb Shark's Tooth (7249') in 2014, Tracy set off to climb 7222' (my group split off to find a way up the east side of Mormon Peak). Thus my interest was rekindled in these slightly lower, more remote peaks. It took me awhile, and Anji supplied the attitude and calm to get it done.

I know Tracy had climbed 7222' in 2014.  None of the other peaks had cairns or survey towers, or records of vistation.

7201 barely has 200'
prominence, but sure
feels like a peak

This was one of the oddest
injuries I've had while hiking
 A pine branch, diameter of
scar, got lodged in the back
of my thumb and broke off to
about 1" length. I couldn't
pull it out with my fingers, but
was finally able to pull it out
with my teeth. I cleaned it
with snow and quickly
bandaged the wound.
