This is not the highest point in the range, but is the toughest, and has the attraction of Leviathan Cave on the west side. The eastern route is easier, and allows one to drive higher on passenger-car roads; the west side is very rugged, and requires more of a cross-desert trek if you are restricted to modest or HC vehicles. The class 2-3 access to the summit block is on the SW side, and is reached by a long side-hill over rough rock. Link to trip report for Meeker
